EUROPEAN DOBERMAN PINSCHERS

All puppies sold by King Acclimations are sold with AKC Limited Registration unless otherwise stated in writing.

The Buyer understands that Limited Registration is intended to protect the integrity, health, and future of the King Acclimations breeding program while allowing each puppy to mature before any breeding decisions are made.

The Buyer may request that the Seller consider converting the dog’s registration to AKC Full Registration after the dog has reached physical and mental maturity. Such a request may be made no earlier than twenty-four (24) months of age.

Granting breeding rights or revoking Limited Registration is not guaranteed and remains solely at the Seller’s discretion.

Before any request will be considered, the Buyer must provide documentation demonstrating that:

• The dog has reached at least twenty-four (24) months of age.
• All health testing required by the Seller has been completed with acceptable results, including current cardiac screening and all breed-specific testing required by King Acclimations at that time.
• The proposed breeding goals are consistent with the preservation and improvement of the Doberman Pinscher.
• The proposed mate has completed appropriate health testing and possesses suitable pedigree, temperament, and conformation.
• The Buyer has demonstrated responsible ownership and proper care of the dog.

The Seller will review the dog’s health testing, temperament, structure, pedigree, and the Buyer’s breeding objectives before making a determination.

The Seller reserves the sole and absolute discretion to:

• Maintain Limited Registration;
• Approve Full Registration;
• Grant breeding rights subject to additional written conditions; or
• Decline breeding rights if the proposed breeding is not considered to be in the best interest of the individual dog, the King Acclimations bloodlines, or the Doberman Pinscher breed.

The Buyer acknowledges that payment of the purchase price does not create any entitlement to breeding rights or AKC Full Registration.
